付款須知
  • 付款方式:ATM轉帳。
  • 若您使用ATM轉帳,我們將在收到金額後三日內將商品寄出。
    如遇付款確認日為非工作日(週六·日 例假日,另行公告之特殊工作日調整),將順延至下一個工作日算起。
    *請注意:惡意濫訂未取或遲延取貨達3次者將列入禁止交易黑名單!
    當您執行相關購物程序,即視為己同意此買實規定! 送貨相關運費。
送貨範圍
  • 黑猫純配送貨運限台灣本島。
  • 外島地區(澎湖金門馬祖)請进用郵局寄送。
    (收件地址請勿為郵政信箱)
關於寄貨
  • 若因非人為因素導致商品損毁、刮傷、髒污、運送過程造成包裝破損不完整者,請您先以電話或E-mail與客服人員聯絡確認。
  • 提醒您於收到商品後,暫勿破壞或丟棄送貨外箱及產品外包裝,並儘速查閱商品内容以確認商品規格無誤,確保您在鑑賞期内退换貨的權利。
  • 自商品到貨日起7日内,在吊牌未拆除的前提下,可辦理退换貨,若超過此期限則視為同意購買。
  • 商品因消費者個人使用不當等人為因素造成故障、損毀、磨損、刮傷、髒汙等情況,恐不接受退換貨。
  • 若該商品為購買時之赠品,赠品恕不接受退换。
  • 若有尺寸款式不合,將由本店指定貨運至府上收取,運費由消費者承擔。
  • 若有瑕疵商品等問題退換貨的情況,運送費用由本公司承擔。
  • 商品圖檔顏色因電腦設定差員會有所不同,請以實際商品顧色為準請見諒,不接受色差理由退貨。
退款需知
  • 因商品瑕疵要求退貨並且還款,本公司在收到商品確認完整無誤後。
    若您使用「ATM轉帳」,將於兩週內全額退款至你指定的銀行帳户。

個人資料相關 客戶所留的個人資料(地址·名字·E-MAIL等)
皆僅供網路購物上使用,除非法院、警察局等公家機開要求下可能提出之外,本店絕對不會未經客戶同意就將客戶的個人資料洩漏給第三方,請您安心選購。

 
 
 
 

Payment notice
  • Payment method: ATM transfer
  • If you pay by ATM transfer, we will deliver your order within three days after receiving your payment. 
    When the confirmed payment date is a non-working day (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or separately announced adjustments of special working day), it will be postponed to the next working day.
    Please note: Those who maliciously order and fail to pick up or delay picking up for 3 times will be put on the blacklist of prohibited transactions! When you perform the relevant shopping procedure, it signifies your agreement to this purchase policy.
Delivery range
  • The Heimao express delivery range is limited to Taiwan main islands.
  • Offshore islands (Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu) Please use Chunghwa post express.  (The recipient address should not be a post office box)
About delivery
  • If the product is damaged, scratched, dirty, or the packaging is damaged during the transportation due to non-human factors, please contact our customer service by phone or E-mail first to confirm.
  • To ensure your right of return and exchange during the 7-days appreciation period, we kindly remind you do not destroy or discard the outer shipping boxes and the packaging after receiving, and check immediately if the content and specification of the products are correct. 
  • We accept returns and exchanges for unused products with the original tags within 7 days of its arrival date, if expired, it will be deemed as purchased.
  • We do not accept returns and exchange of commodities that are malfunctioning, damaged, worn, scratched, dirty, etc. caused by consumer’s improper use or other human factors.
  • Free gifts are not included in the return and exchange scope.
  • In the cases that the size and style do not match, we will collect it by the designated freight from our store, and the shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
  • In the case of defective commodities and other related problems, the shipping costs will be borne by Attis Captain.
  • Product color may slightly vary due to the photographic lighting resources or your computer monitor settings. Pictures are for reference only. We do not accept returns due to color differences.
Refund notice
  • When defective products need to return and refund, we will refund the full payment to your designated bank account in the case you paid by ATM transfer within two weeks of receiving and confirming the product.
